Here are some pics of the torture scene that we did early in 2007. We shot both scenes with the punching first, and added proper make-up then did the whip scene afterwards. Marci Pascua was in charge of make-up and she did an awesome job. Red and blue food coloring, corn syrup, and a little flour did the job. Gehrig did get hurt once during this scene, but was a good sport. Some of the blood still remains on the floor 'til this day. A year later the CU shot of the finger being pressed into the leg was shot using Armand's finger, and Joy's leg. It was later discovered that it would make more sense with the CU.
